New Heaven and New Earth
Rev 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
The water of life flows out from the throne room of God, which is filled with God's love.
Since everyone in the New Heaven and the New Earth and those thrown into the Lake of fire, will be in their new incorruptible bodies, then there is no need of the water from the river of life and the fruits from the tree of life to give them eternal life.
If the everlasting torments in the Lake of fire is called death, then the everlasting bliss in God's love in the Kingdom of heaven (New Jerusalem) will be called life or everlasting life.
Rev 20:14-15 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
Healing of the Nations
Rev 22:2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
If the leaves from the tree of life can bring relief (love, peace, joy, comfort) to nations who are saved (for they were imperfect being carnal, worldly and unholy), how blissful it will be for the saints who eat the fruit.
Rev 21:24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. (NKJV)
No Curse in New Jerusalem
Rev 22:3-4 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.
Since only His faithful servants, who have kept His words and have overcome Satan and all his deceptions and temptations, dwell within New Jerusalem, our Lord, who is a just and righteous God, will not see any curse there.
Jesus the Light of the World
Rev 22:5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
When our Lord was on earth, He was the light of the world displaying His love, care and concern for men. He healed the sick, raised the only son of the widow, fed the hungry, still the storm, etc. All these actions gave the recipients joy, peace, comfort and reliefs.
God, the Father is Love
Mat 7:11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
Our earthly father gives us the best that he can afford even though he is not perfect. But our heavenly Father is the Almighty God and He will give us the best if we are worthy enough.
So the bride of the Lambs (sons of God), who sacrificed her whole life to make disciples (share gospel, teach truth, expose heresies, feed, care and love the needy and men) because of her great faith and love for Jesus, receives the highest reward of sitting on the throne of Jesus. Since she is inside the throne room of God, she will eternally be blissful enjoying His light of love, joy, peace, comforts, etc. and His servants (kings) too will also be blessed with eternal blissfulness.
Last Days Mysteries
Rev 22:6-7 Then he said to me, "These words are faithful and true." And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place. "Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book."
It is only in the last days that God will reveal end time mysteries, so that His servants will be able to teach them. All those who keep the prophecies in the Book of Revelation will be blessed for they will be able to overcome persecutions, Satan's deceptions and temptations and heresies in churches
Note God will only give His enlightenment to the understanding of the Book of Revelation in the last days (since 1993).
