Revelation Chapter 17 (R17c)

        False Christs (1st Seal)

Blood of Saints and Martyrs
Rev 17:6  I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
The great harlot is a symbolic representation of rich and powerful denominations, Christian nations, covetous pastors, televangelists, false teachers and false prophets. They are wolves in sheep clothing that mislead Christians into eternal damnation.
2Pet 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.

Blood of saints
Many new Christians will be deceived by false Christian leaders. They are fed with worldly wisdom, lies, false testimonies and destructive doctrines which destroy their faith in Jesus.
The harlot persecutes, reviles, and ostracizes godly Christians by branding them as radical, heretical and false teachers. This is the same accusation that was flung at Jesus during His ministry on earth. The harlot, a coalition between US and EU is drunk in the blood of the saints.

Note Christians are deceived because they do not love the truth which is found only in the word of God. So please read the Bible and keep His word to secure your salvation.
2 Thes 2:9-10  The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Blood of the martyrs
The harlot will inflict suffering and murder the saints of God in the name of rebel cleansing.

Amazed at the Harlot
Rev 17:7  But the angel said to me, "Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.
The Apostolic Age is the period when the early church was formed and led by the twelve apostles. It was an age of holiness that was filled with the power and fruit of the Holy Spirit. Followers sold their possession and gave them to the church for the expansion of God's kingdom.
In contrast, the wickedness and greed of the depraved church came as a shock to the apostle John as he penned down what he saw.
Acts 4:32-33  Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.

The Beast or Antichrist
Rev 17:8  The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Salvation is given to whosoever that believe that Jesus was the Word made flesh who had suffered and was crucified for our sins and He was raised on the third day. The Holy Spirit of Redemption dwells within born again Christians. Their names will be written in the Book of Life.

Rev 17:9  "Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits."
seven heads are the seven mountains where the harlot sits.
Destructive doctrines successfully sneaked into the seven churches (seven heads).

Rev 2 to 3 spoke of the establishment of the Vatican city in Rome that sits on the seven hills which is the home to Christianity. It perpetrated deception and heretical teachings into churches worldwide, leading many astray.
