The Male Child (5th Seal)
Rev 12:2, 5 Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth... She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
1. Rule with a Rod of Iron
Rev 2:18, 26-27 "And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, ' These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass... And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations -- 'He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter's vessels' -- as I also have received from My Father;"
The Lord commended the church in Thyatira for rejecting heresies and false teachers. The overcomers will rule alongside Jesus in justice and in truth (with an iron rod).
Rev 2:20 "Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols."
2. To the Throne of God
Rev 3:14, 21 "And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write... To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne."
The church especially in the last days is rich and powerful but is spiritually at the bottom of the pit and blind to the truth. Since the throne of God is God's mercy seat all overcomers must be merciful, and filled with the fruit of the Spirit.
Rev 3:17-18 "Because you say, 'I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing' -- and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked -- "
Ministry of Prophet
Mat 10:41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
A prophet speaks only the word of God. In church, he is the watchman who exposes and challenges wrong doctrines. False prophets hailed as pastors are leading many churches in heretical teachings.
True prophets and godly Christians who communicate the truth are often condemned as false teachers and false prophets. Discerning believers who wisely receive these servants of God and follow their teachings will be blessed with the same rewards as the prophet or the righteous man, even if they are expelled from the church.
Who is the Overcomer?
He is the true prophet or righteous man who speaks against false teachings and is persecuted by heretical churches. Instead of leaving his church, he stays on his toes in humility in order to share the truth and to correct the wrong.
In a matter of time, he will be expelled from church on the grounds of propagating lies that belie the Christian faith. When the day comes, the church congregation would have heard the truth and some would be convicted.
Phi 1:23-24 For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you.
True Disciples of Jesus
The glorious church (glorious woman or male child) is the true disciple of Jesus because it is the sheep of His saints and is undefiled. It is instrumental in providing pastoral care and humanitarian aid to victims of WW3 while witnessing the miracles of healing, provisions and protection like never before.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Before the Male Child is martyred, God will take over his physical body, just like that of Stephen. Everyone who is watching the live streaming will see a joyful glowing face instead of agony. The gospel is proclaimed while he is being nailed to the cross.
The Male Child will not feel any pain nor suffering because Jesus had tasted death on his behalf.
